The total number of participants in the shareholding plan is no more than 774 core management and technical personnel, and the total number of participants in the shareholding plan is no more than 369 million yuan. The shareholding plan will transfer the company's A shares that have been repurchased by the company and stored in a special securities account by means permitted by non-transactional transfers, etc., for a total of no more than 19.845 million shares, accounting for 0.26% of the company's total share capital. The shareholding plan lasts no more than 60 months, starting from the date the company announces the last transfer of the underlying stock to the employee's shareholding plan. After the expiration of the term of existence, the employee's shareholding plan is terminated, or it may be extended after the employee shareholding plan management committee submits it to the board of directors for review and approval.
