Kexuan Dynamics Holdings (00476): Chen Zhangliang was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kexuan Dynamics Holdings (00476) issued announcements, all effective from December 9, 2025: Dato' Chen Yuwen has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director. Following Dato' Chan's resignation, he also ceased to serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee respectively; Mr. Lee Kwok-leung has proposed his resignation as an independent non-executive director. Following Mr. Li's resignation, he also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee; Mr. Chen Zhangliang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee respectively; and Mr. Gong Daojun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee.
