Baiosetu-B (02315) has completed the issuance of A-shares

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baiosetu-B (02315) issued an announcement that the company has completed the issuance of A-shares. The Company's A shares will be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 10, 2025 and trading will commence.

The board of directors further announced that Dr. Zhang Haichao (Dr. Zhang) resigned as an executive director of the Company due to internal work adjustments of the Company, effective December 10, 2025.

The board of directors also announced that according to relevant regulations such as the Company Law, Articles of Association, etc., and the results of the employee congress held by the Company's employee representatives on December 5, 2025, the Company's employee congress selected Ms. Li Yan (Ms. Lee) as the employee representative director (employee director) of the 2nd board of directors. Ms. Li's term of office will take effect from the date the Company's A shares are listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board and will end on the date the term of the second board of directors expires.
