Shareholders of Capital Sector Financial Holdings (00204) transferred shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong to Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC with a market value of HK$2,723 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 9, capital sector financial holding (00204) shareholders transferred shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong to Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC, with a market value of 2,723 million HK$2,723 million, accounting for 6.1%.

Capital Sector Financial Holdings announced interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group obtained additional revenue of HK$5.202 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.81%; losses attributable to the owners of the company were HK$50,134 million, an increase of 373.1% over the previous year; and a loss of HK0.57 cents per share. According to the announcement, the loss was mainly due to net realized losses on financial assets treated as profit and loss at fair value.
