Xineng Low Carbon previously issued an announcement. As of 4:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025 (Monday) (that is, the final acceptance period), it had received a total of 9 valid applications and admissions under the provisional quota notice, involving a total of 25.6092 million shares offered, which is equivalent to about 20.98% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the share offering.

With the exception of the remaining 96.057 million unsubscribed shares and 401,100 unsold shares offered by shareholders (collectively known as placed shares) (equivalent to about 79.02% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the share offering), will be transferred to the compensation arrangement.
