The Zhitong Finance App learned that, following a sharp drop of 18% yesterday, Agile Group (03383) once again fell more than 9% this morning. As of press release, it decreased by 6.45% to HK$0.29, with a turnover of HK$3,064,600.

According to the news, Agile Group issued an announcement stating that on December 9, it received a winding-up petition from Xinhao (Zhongshan) enterprise management (petitioner) to the Hong Kong High Court, involving a number of alleged unpaid amounts, totaling approximately US$18.59 million and HK$2.23 million. The amount derives from an arbitration award made by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission's arbitration tribunal on September 25 this year. The petition will be first heard on February 25, 2026. The company stated that it is actively communicating with the petitioner to reach an effective solution through negotiations with the petitioner.
