The third “China Policy Document on Latin America and the Caribbean” was released on the 10th. This is the Chinese side once again releasing a new version of its policy document on Latin America after a lapse of nine years. In November 2008 and November 2016, the Chinese Government issued the first and second “China Policy Documents on Latin America and the Caribbean”, which provided a policy basis for the development of Sino-Latin American relations.
