The clearance rate was 23.5%, and the total transaction amount was 225.39 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.9%. Among them, the first-tier cities sold 6,345 residential properties, with a total transaction amount of 32.81 billion yuan and an average transaction price of 36,318 yuan/square meter.
