The Zhitong Finance App learned that the report released by the China Index Research Institute shows that from January to November 2025, 649,000 units of all types of legal properties were sold nationwide, down 6.5% year on year; final sales were 152,000 units, down 3.5% year on year; total transaction amount was 225,39 billion yuan, down 23.9% year on year. The average transaction price was 4,635 yuan/㎡, down 13.5% year on year, with an average discount rate of 74.3%. In terms of property types, residential buildings are the absolute main force, with a transaction amount of 120.09 billion yuan, accounting for 53.3%, followed by commercial and industrial plants with 22.9% and 16.7% respectively; judging from the auction stage, the second auction became the main transaction channel, with 72,000 units sold, accounting for 47%, which is higher than the one lot (38.6%) and the sale (11%) stage.
