According to the news, Extraordinary Lingyue announced that from December 4, 2025 to December 9, 2025 (including the first and last two days), the acquirer will further acquire a total of 19.163 million shares of Li Ning Company on the open market through the Stock Exchange. Prior to the acquisition, Extraordinary Lingyue held 349,616,543 shares of Li Ning Company (accounting for about 13.53% of the total number of shares issued by Li Ning Company on the date of this announcement). After completing the acquisition, Extraordinary Lingyue will hold 368,779,543 shares of Li Ning Company (accounting for about 14.27% of the total number of shares issued by Li Ning Company on the date of this announcement).
