According to the Zhitong Finance App, CITIC Construction Investment Securities (06066) announced that the company will publicly issue corporate bonds (Phase 3) (Type 1) (hereinafter referred to as “Current Bonds”) to professional investors in 2022 and will begin paying interest and the principal amount of the current bond for the period from December 20, 2024 to December 19, 2025 (postponed to the first subsequent trading day due to the market closure on December 20, 2025).

According to reports, the current bond is abbreviated as “22 Credit Investment G7,” and the total amount issued is RMB 4 billion. The coupon interest rate (annual interest rate) of the current bond is 3.49%, the principal payment amount for each current bond is 1,000 yuan, and the interest payment is 34.9 yuan (tax included).
