The lawsuit stemmed from the Kunming Intermediate Court's notice of response in October 2019, and was rejected by the Supreme People's Court after first instance, second instance, and retrial applications from the Supreme People's Court. The latest decision confirmed that the case did not meet the conditions for supervision, indicating that the case is nearing completion and will not affect the company's profits.
