Far Eastern Hongxin (03360): Liu Jialing was appointed as the chief independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Yuandong Hongxin (03360) issued an announcement. In order to adopt a high level of corporate governance, the board of directors has designated Mr. Liu Jialing, an independent non-executive director, as the chief independent non-executive director from December 10, 2025. Compared to other independent non-executive directors, the chief independent non-executive director does not have a separate or higher level of responsibility or obligation. He will act as a communication channel to let shareholders understand the actions taken by independent non-executive directors in carrying out their duties, and act as an intermediary between directors and shareholders to strengthen communication between independent non-executive directors, between independent non-executive directors and other members of the board of directors, and between the company and shareholders (especially minority shareholders). The Chief Independent Non-Executive Director is not an executive position in the Company, nor does he hold any management position in the Group.
