Air China announced that the third extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2025 will be held at 11:00 on December 16 to review a number of proposals relating to the issuance of A-shares to specific targets. The target of this issuance is China Aviation Group and China Aviation Holdings. The former plans to subscribe for no less than 5 billion yuan; the latter plans to subscribe for no more than 15 billion yuan, issue price of 6.57 yuan/share, issue no more than 3,044 billion shares, and raise no more than 20 billion yuan in capital to repay debts and supplement working capital. China Aviation Group is the controlling shareholder of the company, and AVIC Holdings is its wholly-owned subsidiary, forming a related transaction. Furthermore, voting on the bill was divided into ordinary and special resolutions, and related shareholders avoided voting on some of the bills.
