Taiji Industrial announced that its subsidiary Haitai Semiconductor plans to transfer accounts receivable of no more than 85 million US dollars to CCB Taihu Xincheng Branch. This is the total amount of accounts receivable for SK Hynix expected to be formed in November and December 2025. The bank paid no more than 85 million US dollars in consideration for the buyout, and Haitai Semiconductor paid the buyout service fee, which is expected to be around 285,000 US dollars. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors. It does not constitute a related transaction or major asset restructuring, and does not require review by the shareholders' meeting. Transactions can shorten payback time, optimize cash flow, and facilitate subsequent investments.
