According to Zhitong Finance App, Ocean Group (03377) announced that the company, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies, agreed sales volume for November 2025 was approximately RMB 2.49 billion; the agreed sales floor area was approximately RMB 314,800 square meters; the average agreed sales price was approximately RMB 7,900 per square meter. The cumulative agreed sales volume from January 1 to November 30, 2025 is approximately RMB 23.79 billion; the cumulative agreed sales floor area is approximately RMB 1,959,000 square meters; the cumulative agreed average sales price is approximately RMB 12,100 per square meter.
