Semiconductor equipment manufacturers revealed that TSMC, Sun Moon Light Group, AMKor and UMC are all speeding up the expansion of advanced package CoOS production capacity. Looking at order distribution, GPU and ASIC customer demand from 2026 to 2027 all exceeded expectations. Among them, Nvidia continues to reserve more than half of Taiwan's CoWoS production capacity, and Broadcom and AMD occupy second and third places respectively.
