Haitai Semiconductor, a subsidiary of Taiji Industrial (600667.SH), plans to sell accounts receivable of no more than 85 million US dollars

Zhitong Finance App News, Taiji Industrial (600667.SH) issued an announcement. According to production and operation needs, the company's subsidiary Haitai Semiconductor plans to sign a “Accounts Receivable Buyout Service Agreement” with CCB Taihu Xincheng Branch to transfer accounts receivable of not more than 85 million US dollars formed during business operations to CCB Taihu Xincheng Branch. The accounts receivable are all of Haitai Semiconductor's accounts receivable from SK Hynix Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SK Hynix”) which are expected to be formed in November 2025. CCB Taihu Xincheng Branch paid no more than US$85 million in buyout consideration of Haitai Semiconductor's accounts receivable, and Haitai Semiconductor paid the buyout service fee to CCB Taihu Xincheng Branch. According to preliminary estimates, the total buyout service fee is estimated to be around 285,000 US dollars, and the final total buyout service fee is subject to actual settlement.
