37 Entertainment (002555.SZ) plans to invest no more than $2 million in Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P., to invest in AI and other fields

Zhitong Finance App News, 37 Entertainment (002555.SZ) announced that 37 Starseek Co., Limited (“37 Starseek”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to participate in investing in Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P., and recently signed a relevant subscription agreement. The actual total size of Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P., is expected to be no more than 80 million US dollars. The company's subsidiary 37 Starseek plans to invest no more than 2 million US dollars with its own capital, the general partner is Lighthouse Founders' Fund GP Ltd., and the general partner and their related parties plan to contribute no less than 2% of the total pledge size of the fund with their own capital. If Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P., raised 80 million US dollars and the company's subsidiary 37 Starseek invested 2 million US dollars with its own capital, then the investment amount of the company's subsidiary 37 Starseek would account for about 2.5% of the fund size.
