06:17 AM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's advertising regulator on Wednesday directed nutrition clinic Tayhli Ltd., d/b/a Customized Autism Treatment, to ensure its social media advertisements do not claim that a food supplement could cure autism. The Advertising Standards Authority took notice of a June 20 paid-for Google ad by the clinic, which marketed the term "autism recovery supplements." The UK's advertising code does not allow marketing for claims that a food supplement could prevent or cure a human disease. Customized Autism Treatment told the authority that the ad appeared mistakenly, and it took action to prevent it from happening again.
