The average selling price per square meter in November 2025 was RMB 6504.

In the eleventh month ending November 30, 2025, the Group's contract sales for projects under management were RMB 9.550 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 21.4%. The contracted sales area was 1,545,000 square meters, a decrease of 22.3% year-on-year. The average sales price per square meter for the eleven months ended November 30, 2025 was RMB 6,181, an increase of 1.1% over the previous year.
