Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway (00177) plans to increase capital to Longtan Bridge Company by 3,269.64 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway (00177) announced that on December 10, 2025, the company signed a “Capital Increase Agreement” with Longtan Bridge Company and its shareholders. According to the “Capital Increase Agreement”, Longtan Bridge Company increased its registered capital of RMB 4,5163.6 billion and used Longtan Bridge Company as the main investor to invest no more than RMB 90.327.2 billion to build the 338 Provincial Highway to Shanghai-Rong Expressway project in the Nanjing Metropolitan Area Ring Expressway. The company will increase its capital to Longtan Bridge Company with its own capital or other capital that meets the investment requirements of RMB 3,269.64 billion. Nanjing Highway, the shareholder of Longtan Bridge Company, will increase the capital of Longtan Bridge Company by RMB 1,246.72 billion, and the remaining construction capital of RMB 4,5163.6 billion will be raised by Longtan Bridge Company through loans to banks, etc. After this capital increase, the company's shareholding ratio in Longtan Bridge Company will increase from about 57.33% to about 63.80%.
