Cornerstone Technology Holdings (08391) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tellus to expand charging networks in Hong Kong, Thailand and other regions

Zhitong Finance App News, Cornerstone Technology Holdings (08391) announced that the company signed a “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Tellus Power Globe Holding Limited (Tellus) on November 25, 2025

Under the agreement, the company plans to expand its charging network in Hong Kong, Thailand and other target regions. Based on this business plan, the two parties have established a non-exclusive priority supplier relationship.

In addition to hardware supply, the two sides agreed to cooperate on future tender projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Under this partnership, the company will be responsible for operating platforms, account management, and local compliance, while Tellus will provide hardware equipment, diagnostic platforms, and technical support.

This cooperation also extends to advanced technology and capital markets. The two sides will jointly explore the application of vehicle network interaction (V2G) technology and the tokenization of physical assets (RWA). In particular, this aims to complete the technical integration of energy-linked tokenization with the company's platform.

This cooperation enabled the Group to obtain a stable supply of hardware for its network expansion and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy technology in the Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets.
