Wapsley Metaverse (08093): Chen Tse retires as independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Wapsri Metaverse (08093) announced that Mr. Chen Ce has retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company after the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. It will take effect from the end of the AGM.
