Sunshine Oilsands (02012) signs brand licensing agreement with Swiss Swissdigital Europe GmbH

Under the terms of the agreement, Swissdigital agreed to authorize the company to exclusively use Swissdigital Design and other Swissdigital series trademarks to sell intelligent heat pump air conditioning products in 26 European countries.

According to reports, the Swissdigital Design brand is the world's number one smart luggage brand, using an original Swiss design. It is the first brand in the world to combine artificial intelligence, IoT technology with smart wearable devices such as bags, smart watches, speakers, headsets, smart power banks, finders, and trackers. It has been rated as the best American smart backpack brand “Best Smart Backpacks Brand—USA”, and has obtained the core invention patent for smart luggage in the US market.

The licensing arrangement will allow the company to obtain long-term exclusive distribution and sale of Swissdigital Design brand and Swissdigital trademark smart heat pump air conditioning products within the authorized region, diversify the business and establish a reputation in the smart heat pump industry, and increase the company's revenue from the sale of “Swissdigital” smart heat pump air conditioning products.
