Tan Chung-sun's positions as chairman of the board of directors and executive director will be suspended from December 4, 2025. Ms. Wen Yuanyi has resigned as an executive director of the company with effect from December 4, 2025 to free up more time to handle her personal affairs.

Mr. Tan Jinjie has been appointed as the company's executive director and co-chairman of the board of directors; Mr. Kaohsiung has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee; and Ms. Chen Rongzhuo has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee, all with effect from December 4, 2025.
