The independent, third-party accreditations and certification recognize a standard of excellence that Navitus has delivered for more than two decades. These include NCQA accreditation of Utilization Management, NCQA Health Information Product-Pharmacy Benefit certification and URAC accreditation for Pharmacy Benefit Management.

- Achievement of NCQA Health Information Product– Pharmacy Benefit Certification, demonstrating proper use of technology and systems to support member-facing services including pharmacy benefit information, generic substitutions, and provider directories.
- 3-year renewal of URAC accreditation for Pharmacy Benefit Management, confirming Navitus has demonstrated its commitment to quality care, enhanced processes, patient safety and improved outcomes. This includes robust infrastructure, quality management, consumer privacy and safety, pharmacy network management, formulary and drug management, and member services.
