Build new infrastructure moderately ahead of schedule, further optimize the digital infrastructure layout, build integrated data circulation and utilization infrastructure, promote the hierarchical layout of computing power infrastructure, and promote traditional infrastructure renewal and digital intelligence transformation. Accelerate the construction of a strong transportation province, improve modern integrated three-dimensional transportation networks, and raise the energy level of integrated transportation hub cities, hub airports, and hub ports. Promote the renovation and expansion of highways and the construction of highway connections and extensions in an orderly manner, and continue to improve the efficiency of the highway network. Build a “Jiangsu on track”, improve the main framework of high-speed rail along the river, optimize the layout of main line railway connections and key hub links, and improve the freight railway network. Build an intensive and efficient river crossing channel. Build a more characteristic “water transport Jiangsu” and accelerate the construction of modern water networks and high-grade waterway networks.
