According to Zhitong Finance App, BOE Precision (00710) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company signed a total product processing agreement with BOE Vietnam. The Group can appoint BOE Vietnam to provide product processing services for manufacturing TFT/TP modules and other products on a non-exclusive basis during the period from December 11, 2025 to December 31, 2027 (including the first and last two days).

The company's strategy is to increase global sales by improving local presentation, product diversification, quality, market responsiveness and cost competitiveness. The company is also exploring the need to establish overseas production capacity to meet the needs of different customers to meet their requirements for cost, origin and/or quality. These overseas capital expenses will be gradually invested, and the goal is to adjust production capacity according to order volume. Since BOE Vietnam has ready-to-use production capacity in Vietnam, the company can use its overseas production capacity to obtain higher competitiveness when properly procuring BOE Vietnam's product processing services.

As a well-known leading supplier of semiconductor display technology, products and services, BOE has accumulated rich experience, including technical knowledge in the fields of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, and more than 90,000 patents. As a well-known market leader in the industry, equipped with a complete and streamlined supply chain and a deep research and development (R&D) team and processes, BOE can provide professional services to the Group to effectively implement the Group's development plans and seize these business opportunities.

The total product processing agreement gives the Group the flexibility to reduce the risks involved in setting up production facilities in other geographical regions where the Group may have less experience; and make effective use of the Group's assets.
