Jingfu Group (00280): Lam Chi-wai appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jingfu Group (00280) announced that since December 11, 2025, Mr. Xian Ya-en, the company's independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, has been reassigned as a non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Lin Zhiwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee; and Ms. Hou Dandan, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee.
