Due to its own capital requirements, Luohui Investment, Roten Investment, and Luosheng Investment plan to reduce their total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,862,661 shares through centralized bidding transactions within three months after the date of publication of this announcement, that is, no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. In total, the company's holdings will be reduced by no more than 3,725,322 shares through bulk transactions, that is, no more than 2% of the company's total share capital. Luohui Investment, Luo Teng Investment, and Luosheng Investment reduced their total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,587,983 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions, that is, no more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
