According to Xinnong Development's announcement, SDIC transferred 154 million state-owned shares of Xinnong Development's state-owned shares to Xinjiang Tarim Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. free of charge, accounting for 40.32% of Xinnong Development's total share capital. After the share transfer was completed, Nongken Group held 40.32% of Xinnong Development's shares, and SDIC no longer holds shares in Xinnong Development. The actual controller of the company is still the State Assets Administration Commission of the First Division.
