According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kuaishou-W (01024) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company spent HK$29.9407 million to repurchase 448,000 shares at a repurchase price of HK$66.55-67.1 per share.

On December 9, 2025, the company issued 3,000 shares as an option under the pre-initial public offering employee share ownership plan (adopted on June 2, 2018); on December 10, 2025, 2200 shares under the pre-initial public offering employee share ownership plan (adopted on June 2, 2018); and on December 11, 2025, 1,200 shares under the pre-initial public offering employee share ownership plan (adopted on June 2, 2018).
