Zhitong Finance App News, Yunji (02670) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company signed a joint venture agreement with Ms. Fu Xiaomeng, Mr. Duan Suhang, Ms. Zhi Tao, Mr. Li Quanyin, and Ms. Liu Ying to jointly invest RMB 10 million to establish a joint venture. Among them, the company will invest RMB 7.6 million in this transaction. The joint venture will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The purpose of establishing a joint venture is to further expand its in-depth application in innovative scenarios by relying on the company's pioneering advantage and leading market position in the hotel scene. The joint venture will focus on the collaboration between robot hardware and smart device technology, focus on developing robot intelligence solutions for innovative scenarios, closely collaborate with the company's existing business, and accelerate the commercialization of related technologies and products using the company's existing technology accumulation, customer resources and market network.
