Among them, it was mentioned that by 2027, the scale efficiency of the copper industry will grow steadily, with a total output value exceeding 200 billion yuan; technological innovation and equipment strength will continue to increase, breaking through a number of key processes and high-end materials; the key parameters and operating efficiency of electrolytic copper core devices are at the first level in the country, and the comprehensive energy consumption of copper smelting and the comprehensive recovery rate of associated metals are at the leading level in the industry; and further improving the resilience and safety level of the industrial chain supply chain, turning our province into a globally competitive copper smelting base, a leading domestic research and development innovation center for new high-end copper materials, and a demonstration site for copper applications.
