Longsheng Technology (300680.SZ) plans to invest in an intelligent robot innovation center in Binhu District of Wuxi to focus on R&D and industrialization of industrial scene applications

Zhitong Finance App News, Longsheng Technology (300680.SZ) announced that the company signed the “New Industrial Land Investment and Development Supervision Agreement” with the People's Government of Binhu District of Wuxi City, and the company's holding subsidiary Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Intelligent Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd. (“Longsheng Weirui”) signed the “Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Intelligent Robot Innovation Center Cultivation Project Implementation Cooperation Agreement” with the Lihu Subdistrict Office in Binhu District of Wuxi City.

According to the agreement plan, the company and Longsheng Weirui will invest in the construction of the Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Realistic Intelligent Robot Innovation Center project in Binhu District of Wuxi, focusing on R&D and industrialization of realistic robot industrial applications. The total investment amount of the project is about 350 million yuan, of which the company will undertake investment related to project land and construction projects, amounting to about 200 million yuan; the holding subsidiary Longsheng Weirui will be responsible for the cultivation and operation of the Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Intelligent Robot Innovation Center, with a corresponding investment amount of about 150 million yuan.

According to the announcement, the project will build a “two wings in one” competitive advantage, using the main body of the humanoid robot characteristic of the industrial scene as the core carrier, simultaneously consolidating the two major technical support for the humanoid robot's “smart brain” and key components such as integrated joint modules and dexterous hands, to help the company build differentiated competitive barriers on the robot circuit.
