In order to promote the construction of first-class science journals and accelerate the innovation and development of the company's science and technology journal business, the company plans to invest 200 million yuan to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary “Beijing Zhongke Media Co., Ltd.”, and currently a subsidiary of China Science Communication, a subsidiary of China Science Communication, 100% of Beijing Zhongke Journal Publishing Co., Ltd., 51% of Beijing KeisenBlue Culture Communication Co., Ltd., CSPM EuropeSas. and its subsidiary Edition Diffusion Press ScienceSAS. 100% of the shares were transferred free of charge to the newly established Beijing Zhongke Media Co., Ltd. The reference date for the share transfer is December 31, 2024.
