China Cultural Tourism Agriculture (00542) completed sale of 47% of China Cultural Tourism Group's shares

Zhitong Finance App News, China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture (00542) issued an announcement on matters relating to the company's intention to sell 47% of the shares of the target company (China Cultural Tourism Group). The Group has collected all of the fees, and the completion was implemented on December 11, 2025 in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Immediately after completion, the target company will no longer be a subsidiary of the Company, and its financial results will no longer be comprehensively recorded in the Group's consolidated financial statements; and the buyer (Summit Global Limited) holds 88% of the interests and 12% of the Company's interests.
