By 2027, about 25 zero-carbon parks will be built, and policies and systems related to zero-carbon parks will be gradually established, and initial results have been achieved in zero-carbon path innovation, mechanism innovation and model innovation; by 2030, a number of zero-carbon parks will be built, and zero-carbon park technical equipment, business models, policy standards and service systems will gradually improve, making positive contributions to achieving the carbon peak target as scheduled, providing strong support for the overall green transformation of economic and social development.
