The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data released by the World Gold Council, the global physical gold ETF inflow reached 5.2 billion US dollars in November, and the inflow has been achieved for six consecutive months. By the end of November, total asset management (AUM) had increased to $530 billion, up 5.4% from the previous month; total holdings rose 1% to 3,932 tons during the month, both of which hit a new high at the end of the month. Total global gold ETF inflows are expected to record the best annual performance in history this year.

From a regional perspective, funds in Asia lead the way, while North America and Europe are growing steadily. Of the inflows of about 3.2 billion US dollars from the Asian region in November, the Chinese market once again took the lead, reaching 2.2 billion US dollars. China's recent announcement of adjustments to the value-added tax policy in the gold market may further stimulate fund inflows.
