(NYSE American: FCO) announces the record date for the shareholder meeting to consider the proposed reorganization into abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE American: FAX) (the "Reorganization"). FCO shareholders of record as of December 12, 2025, will be asked to vote on the Reorganization at a special shareholder meeting currently targeted for March 12, 2026.
