DraftKings will move its headquarters from Back Bay to downtown Boston, and Wayfair will consolidate into the Boylston Street building that DraftKings will vacate, the Boston Business Journal reported. Both moves will take place in 2027.

The online sport gaming leader will move into 225 Franklin St., an office tower in Post Office Square, while Wayfair will take its place at 500 Boylston St., which also has a 222 Berkeley St. address. Oxford Properties owns both buildings.

“Wayfair is a forward-thinking brand and a key contributor to Boston’s tech landscape, making this a great partnership that we’re excited to grow now and well into the future,” Matthew Polhemus, Oxford’s VP of leasing, told the Business Journal. “This latest move reflects Oxford’s continued commitment and success in creating thoughtfully designed, best-in-class workplace environments where innovative companies can thrive.”

Wayfair said it signed a long-term lease for consolidated office space that keeps it in Back Bay.
