Huadian International announced that the controlling shareholder China Huadian made an asset injection commitment in 2014 and has injected 10,010 megawatts of installed capacity into conventional energy power generation assets by the end of 2024. By the end of 2024, China Huadian Holdings' domestic unlisted conventional energy generation assets had an installed capacity of 65,001.418 megawatts. Some of these assets had met the injection conditions and started injection work. On July 11, 2025, the company completed the merger, acquisition and restructuring through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and the relevant assets were transferred. Some other assets have not yet met the injection conditions due to problems, and the time and method of injection are uncertain.
