Capital reduction Subject : Capital reduction Date announced : 15-Dec-2025 Decreasing value of units (THB per unit) : 0.155 Par value before capital reduction (THB : 9.285 per unit) Par value after capital reduction (THB : 9.13 per unit) Book closing date for fixing the names : 26-Nov-2025 of unitholders for the right to receive payment from fund's capital reduction Ex-Capital Return date (XN) : 24-Nov-2025 Payment date : 11-Dec-2025 Remark : As BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of SUPER Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) (the "Fund"), decreased the registered capital of the Fund by Baht 79,825,000 which equals to Baht 0.155 per unit which resulted in the registered capital of the Fund after the capital reduction reducing to Baht 4,701,950,000 and the par value per unit reducing to Baht 9.130 (the book closing date for the capital reduction was on 26 November 2025 and the payment date was on 11 December 2025). Please be informed that the Management Company submitted the registration for the 6th capital reduction to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on 12 December 2025 and the SEC acknowledged such capital reduction on 15 December 2025 as stated in the SEC's letter No. FP. 602/2025 Re: Sixth registered capital reduction of SUPER Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund.
