Zhongheng Electric (002364.SZ) plans to sell 7.33% of Ningde Zhishang's shares to optimize asset structure

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongheng Electric (002364.SZ) announced that the company plans to dispose of all shares (7.3346%) of the participating company Fujian Ningde Smart Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ningde Smart Sharing”) through market searches and share repurchases of the original shareholders or target company shares, etc., and that the company's board of directors authorizes the management to handle all matters related to this transaction if the transaction amount is not less than RMB 200 million.

According to the announcement, the company plans to optimize the asset structure and integrate resource allocation through this equity disposal, further focus on the company's main business, and promote the company's long-term development.
