Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix have begun delivering their sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory to Nvidia. Both companies are in the final stages of negotiations and are paying to provide final samples of the HBM4, which will be installed in Nvidia's next generation artificial intelligence accelerator, Rubin. Currently, the final hurdle is quality certification, and the industry expects production and prices to be finalized in the first quarter of 2026.
