China Automobile Association: NEV performance was strong in November, production and sales maintained rapid year-on-year growth

The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 17, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers released a brief analysis of NEV production and sales in November 2025. In November 2025, production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 1.88 million units and 1.823 million units respectively, up 20% and 20.6%, respectively. According to the Association's analysis, NEV performance was strong in November. Production and sales maintained rapid year-on-year growth. The share of domestic sales increased markedly over the same period, and NEV exports grew rapidly.

From January to November 2025, production and sales of new energy vehicles reached 14.9707 million units and 14.78 million units, respectively, up 31.4% and 31.2% year-on-year, respectively.

In November 2025, domestic sales of new energy vehicles were 1,522,000 units, up 4.3% month-on-month and 6.5% year-on-year.

From January to November 2025, domestic sales of new energy vehicles were 12.466 million units, an increase of 23.2% over the previous year.

In November 2025, 300,000 new energy vehicles were exported, up 17.3% month-on-month and 2.6 times year-on-year.

From January to November 2025, 2,315 million new energy vehicles were exported, a year-on-year increase of 1 times.
