Eurostat's final data released on Wednesday showed that the Eurozone's annual inflation rate remained at 2.1% in November, the same as in October. This figure is slightly lower than the initial estimate of 2.2%. Compared to the previous month, CPI fell 0.3%, in line with expectations. Within the EU, consumer prices rose 2.4% year over year and fell 0.2% month over month. The report points out that the overall inflation rate remains stable due to a combination of rising service prices and falling energy prices. Meanwhile, the core inflation rate after excluding energy and food prices was 2.4% per annum, the same as last month. Among EU member states, Estonia has the highest annual inflation rate of 4.7%, followed by Croatia and Austria. Cyprus, France, and Italy saw the smallest increases in inflation, at 0.1%, 0.8%, and 1.1%, respectively.
