Rongxin China (03301) had total contract sales of about 3.492 billion yuan in the first 11 months, a year-on-year decrease of 49.6%

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rongxin China (03301) announced that for the month ending November 2025, the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 274 million, a year-on-year decrease of 65.3%; the Group's contract construction area was about 29,800 square meters; and the Group's average contract price was about RMB 9,184 per square meter.

For the 11 months ended November 30, 2025, the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 3.492 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 49.6%; the Group's total contract construction area was approximately 308,000 square meters; and the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 11,334 per square meter.
