Issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets and raising supporting capital together form an inseparable part of this transaction. If any one of these cannot be implemented due to lack of approval or other reasons, the other will not be implemented. Trading of the company's shares will resume with the opening of the market on December 18, 2025.
